Refund policy

Cancellations:

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To cancel your juice order without any charges, please notify us at least 12 hours before your scheduled delivery or pick-up time.

Cancellation Timeframe:

Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled delivery or pick-up time to avoid charges.

Cancellation Procedure:

Late Cancellations:

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time may be subject to a charge equivalent to the full order amount.

Refunds:

Refunds for cancellations made within the allowable timeframe will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
